We have to move together. I will provide you with the support, accountability, clarity, and direction so you can stop second guessing what to do. But you have to show up to do the work.

I can’t drag you to your goals by being a drill sergeant yelling and dictating meals plans, cookie cutter solutions or injecting fake motivation. I can’t make you want to do something you don’t want to do.

Some days are better than others. That’s life. We will work together as a team and find an approach that suits your life.


This program is far from a quick fix. It will not be easy. You won’t always enjoy it.

Even reasonable change requires patience, introspection, and consistent work.

  1. An annoyingly detailed Strategy Session. We dig elbow deep into your goals, history and why The Stones is better than The Beatles.
  2. A movement screen to get the best possible program for your body.
  3. Hard work. Building strength, fitness, and consistency with your training takes time. Be willing to change habits and routines that you might’ve been addicted to for years.
  4. Complete two to three 30-40 minute strength workouts each week. No circus tricks. Just stuff that works.
  5. Stay in contact via Signal app.
  6. Allocate 20 minutes each Monday to answer the weekly reflection questions.
  7. Embrace simplicity. Have the discipline to show up.
