You used to be fit. But for years, you’ve prioritised your work and the needs of other people ahead of your own wellbeing.

It’s left you feeling weak and lethargic. And out of control.

Time to reclaim your strength, energy and fitness. For yourself, for the outdoor activities you love, and for others who rely on you to lead. For life.

You don’t want to be a gym junkie. You see fitness as an means to an end. To help you accomplish the things that are important to you.

You’re busy. You want simple home / travel strength workouts tailored to your body. Workouts that you can do without overthinking, or second guessing what to do or how to do it. Save your brain power elsewhere and use the workouts to reset your mind.

You’re a foodie. For you, food is a way to connect and experience. You don’t want to follow a restrictive meal plan that some fitness nut dictates to you. Instead, you want to master the basic healthy eating principles to build your diet around the foods you love. Keen to only eat foods that are grown on the finest grains of Ethiopian sand? Done.

You want sustainable results. To learn how to keep your fat loss, strength and energy for the rest of your life. Regardless of what life throws at you.

“Because of our work together, I’m achieving things now that I never thought possible.”

Relaxing, enjoying life, and choosing to make healthy choices and being active will make life much more fulfilling and rewarding than over analysing and obsessing about every tiny detail.

My new goal is to not sweat the small things. Joonas, you got me to this place, so thank you!
– Bec Sharp, Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Performance Coach

I will promise that you will become a person who welcomes each new day with energy. You will feel more confident about yourself. Both physically and mentally.

Instead of feeling reserved because of lack of fitness, you’ll have the strength and energy to make the difference you seek in your life and work.

You will change how you age. Instead of being nervous and worried, you will feel confident about the future.

“My body is changing for the better without having to follow gruelling workouts, restrictive diets, or eating plans.”

“I had my apprehensions about signing up for coaching. For one, I wasn’t sure if I was ready for the commitment. I was also hesitant because of the fear of doing something that’s way out of my comfort zone. But I was also adamant that if I am serious about improving my health, I should give it a go.

What’s different about Joonas compared to other trainers I’ve met in the past is how personable he is. It’s his ability to make me feel comfortable, which put me at ease. Especially when I was just starting out. When I first met him, he asked a lot of questions about my goals and the reasons behind them. And genuinely wanting to know the type of person I am.

My initial goals were to become stronger and to improve my overall health. In nine months, I’ve gotten noticeable improvements in both. I also have more energy and stamina for cycling, hiking and everyday life with friends and family.”

We have to move together. I will provide you with the support, accountability, clarity, and direction so you can stop second guessing what to do. But you have to show up to do the work. Even when you don’t feel like it.

I can’t drag you to your goals by being a drill sergeant yelling and dictating meals plans, cookie cutter solutions or injecting fake motivation. I can’t make you want to do something you don’t want to do. We have to work together as a team.

Sometimes you eat ice cream. Sometimes you don’t. That’s life.

This program is far from a quick fix. It’s not going to be easy. You won’t always enjoy it. Even reasonable change requires patience, introspection, and consistent work. It will take time. Probably longer than you’d like.

If you have significant struggles with emotional eating, this might not the right program for you. Instead, I am happy to recommend someone else who can help you.

  1. An annoyingly detailed Strategy Session so we can dig deep into your goals, history and why The Stones is better than The Beatles. (**Not included in the self-paced program**)
  2. 20 weeks of work. Building strength, fitness and reaching sustainable fat loss takes time. Be willing to change habits and routines that you’ve been addicted to for years.
  3. Complete two to three 30-40 minute strength workouts each week. No circus tricks. Just stuff that works.
  4. Follow the food and lifestyle habits. Learn how to make them work for your life.
  5. Allocate 20 minutes each Sunday to answer the weekly reflection questions.
  6. Engage in the private forum. Ask questions, help others, stay accountable.
  7. Embrace simplicity. Have the discipline to show up.

If you really want to reclaim your health, strength and energy, I promise all of it will be worth your investment in trust, time, effort and money.

“I was suffering from shoulder and back pain, and a knee injury from doing the Oxfam 100 km hike two years ago. I had to stop hiking because of it.”

Now my shoulder pains have gone entirely. No more tight hamstrings or hips. I no longer need a fortnightly massage to untie those knots. I have started smaller hikes again and snowboarding without any pain in my knees. And my overall fitness has improved. I was boarding seven days on a recent snow trip. I’ve changed my overall outlook on fitness and nutrition and I am stronger, healthier and leaner because of it.

How much does it cost to not take action? What will you miss out on if you don’t commit now?

The 20 week signature program is AUD $3000 up front (save $300). Or 3 payments of $1100.

And here’s the thing. You can bring a friend, a partner or your neighbor along for free. In fact, I recommend you do. Because change is hard. And it’s easier when you share the journey with someone close to you.

All the prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.

The 20 Week Anything-But-a-Nazi-Party Guarantee: If at the end of the program you’re not happy with your results, I will refund 100% of the money you have invested in my services. As long as you’ve followed the program and the coaching with a minimum of 90% compliance. I’ll even donate $500 to a cause of your choice. As long as it’s not the Australian Nazi Party. Or any Nazi party for that matter.

If you need to stop because of unforeseen circumstances, we will pause your program (provided that you’ve paid in full) and you can return when you’re ready. You’ll get a preference for the first available opening. Also, being busy with work isn’t an unforeseen circumstance.

This program works. As long as you commit to doing the work. If you’re unsure, now might not be the best time for you. That’s ok. We’ll be here when you’re ready.
